A.M.A. is more than likely to be referring to the American Medical Association since the card does depict a doctor in the image. The association elected on May 7, 1847 with the first elected president over it being Dr. Nathaniel Chapman. This event took place in the hall of The Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Chapman family roots are involved with many different pieces of history among being friends with the Washington family of that of George Washington the first president. In fact, it appears from records that George Washington married one of the Chapman daughters. You can obtain a lot more historical information from this website on the family in whole:
Another interesting piece of information on the Chapman’s, from the website just cited, is the accepted logo for the Chapman Family Association, shown below.
The symbol is the crescent moon in front of a cross within the circle created by the words. All three “shapes” are individual symbols that , which has been looked at before, produce the symbol of the Roman god Mercury or the Greek god Hermes and is also an alchemy symbol, shown below. The odd thing is the crescent symbol also looks like demon horns.
Now lets look at the A.M.A. logo.
The logo has a snake around a rod. This is the obvious medical symbol everyone is use to seeing; the Caduceus.
This fits perfectly because the rod the serpents are twisted around is the staff of Hermes. Some of these symbols have been discussed prior from looking at the Illuminati card Adepts of Hermes. Coincidence? Well, to make it even more interesting we will look at the family crest and motto of the Chapman’s.
The family crest is very obvious for one who knows about their symbols. If you take everything away and just look at what is inside the shield you have two basic symbols; a triangle and a crescent moon (depicted the same in the logo from the website.) Looking at the setup of how these symbols are placed the triangle, or rather the pyramid, would represent the Illuminati which is a demonic secret society. The crescent moon is placed on the pyramid in the perspective of demon horns. With symbols, I do not think you can make a clearer message.
So what is the motto of this family? The translated motto for the family is “Virtue thrives under oppression.” To make the motto easier to understand I will define some words in the motto and reword the motto using the definitions. Definitions will be defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary.
- Virtue– morally good behavior or character
- Thrive– to grow or develop successfully; gain in wealth
- Oppression– an unjust or cruel exercise of authority or power
Now to reword the motto: “Morally good behavior develops successfully under an unjust exercise of authority”

To rebuttal the family motto we can look at 2 Peter 1:3 (KJV):
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
