Looking at this image there is not a whole lot going on, however its more about an urban legend/myth. To my awareness, I do not know how well the urban legend is known but it is that of the albino alligators that were supposedly living in the New York City sewers. The stories of alleged sightings of alligators in New York City’s sewers date around the 1920s or 1930s. Apparently one person who had seen the alligators was a Commissioner of Sewers by the name of Edward Patrick “Teddy” May. Teddy May was also apparently interviewed by Robert Daley an American writer who published a non-fiction book titled “The World Beneath the City” (1959). The explanation of how the species arrived in New York to begin with was that residents from Florida brought them when they were young as “pets” before getting to large. Then to avoid having such a large reptile they were claimed to be flushed down the drains while they were still young and lived the rest of the time in the sewers. The reasoning behind them becoming albino was stated that because of the lack of sunlight they would loose the pigmentations and adapt to the dark. This result was then claimed that sunlight was extremely harsh to them once exposed supposing to add to the claim of why they continued to dwell in the sewers. Interestingly enough, there is also what could be considered a hidden number 666 within this image. If you notice the two sewer tunnels, these make up a backwards number of 666. Below is the image flipped to show this:
